Who is the 50% offer for?
New clients booking their first set with us, who book their next fill before leaving that appointment. Returning clients pay regular price.
What exactly does the 50% off apply to?
Every set on our menu — Classic, Hybrid, Wet, Volume and Manga — which puts full sets between $50 and $62, as long as you book your next fill before you leave. Lash removal is excluded and charged at full price.
I don't know which set to get. What should I book?
Book whichever appeals and we'll sort it out at your consultation — changing your mind on the day is normal. Most first-timers go Classic ($50), with Hybrid ($55) the usual step up.
How long do lash extensions last?
They shed with your natural lash cycle. With good aftercare, our sets average around three weeks between fills — 1.5 to 2 weeks is more typical elsewhere. Aftercare is most of that difference, so we go through it before you leave.
Does it hurt?
No. Extensions go on your lashes, not your skin, and your eyes stay closed throughout. Most clients fall asleep. Tell us if anything feels off and we'll adjust.
How long is the appointment?
Two hours for Classic, Hybrid, Wet and Volume. Two and a half for Manga. Add a few minutes for the consult.
How should I prepare?
Clean lashes, no eye makeup, and no oil-based cleanser or eye cream that morning — oil stops the adhesive bonding. Bring a case if you wear contacts, and go easy on the caffeine.
Can I wear makeup or mascara afterwards?
You won't need it. Keep lashes dry for 24 hours, then avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara — both break down the adhesive.
I already have extensions from another salon. What now?
Add a Foreign Lash Removal to your booking — $30, 30 minutes, or $20 if we did the current set. It's excluded from the promo, so it's full price on top of your discounted set.
Do you have pets at the studio?
Yes — a cat and a dog. They're kept out of the client area and never in the room during appointments, but hair can still linger in a home studio. Tell us when you book if you have a cat or dog allergy.
